A tranquil property on the noosa river with 65 fully self contained apartments and Loft Style apartments - all with wireless access and most with 42" flat screen TV's. Culgoa has recently completed a full exterior renovation and boasts its own private beach, heated swimming pool, sauna, spa, half tennis court and tour desk. The resort is only a 15 minute flat walk to Hastings street, main beach and the Noosa National park, and it is also only minutes from Gympie terrace and our beautiful river system. Complimentary marina berths available for guests with boats. Tariffs are subject to change without notice. No apartment or Loft Style apartment is guaranteed in case of change of ownership, renovation upgrade or emergency maintenance issues that may arise. In the event that your selected apartment is not available we will offer an alternative equivalent unit in the complex. If an apartment or penthouse is taken out of our letting pool by an owner, any future guests who have deposited bookings in that apartment will be offered an alternative equivalent apartment in the complex. Minimum night stays may apply. The body corporate by-laws must be adhered to. 1. NOISE Occupants of units shall not make or permit any objectionable noises in the units or premises. All Musical instruments, radio, television sets and the like shall be controlled so that sound shall be reasonable and not cause annoyance, volume should be kept to a minimum at all times. Musical instruments, stereos and the like shall not be operated between the hours of 10.00pm and 7.00am

Things to do:
Noosa and its surrounds has an abundance of tours. Visit the famous Coloured Sands, Fraser Island, take a camel trek, river cruise, see Australia Zoo. All of these can be booked through reception including babysitters for those of you wishing to have a romantic evening away from the children.
Getting There:
Several transfer companies operate from Brisbane or Maroochydore airports which can be booked by the resort prior to your arrival. For the ultimate in luxury, we could book a limousine for you.
